How to Book an Appointment

To make an appointment obtain a current referral from your GP or specialist.

About Referrals

Referrals are available from most GP clinics and other medical specialists.

  • A GP referral for consultation is valid for 12 months.
  • A referral for a consultation from a Specialist is valid for 3 months.

The referral will also enable you to be eligible for a Medicare rebate on certain services. For additional information on referrals please contact our staff.

Our reception staff and booking staff are happy to advise you on this when making a booking or on the day of an appointment.

Without payment deposits, no appointments can be made.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 mins before your scheduled appointment to allow for parking and filling out some documentation or other matters to attend to before your appointment.

It is also helpful if you bring all the necessary documents to ensure a smooth process.

What to Expect

When you attend your appointment you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff upon arriving and your details will be recorded.
Please complete the form below and one of our friendly team members will be in contact with you shortly.

Booking Policies

Please review the answers to some common questions relating to Appointments and our Booking Policies.

Text message reminders are sent one week prior to your appointment. If you have not received a reminder text, please call or email us.

Please do not respond to the text messages. If you wish to make changes to your child’s appointment, please call or email us.

Payment of the deposit serves as confirmation of the appointment.

We do understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, however, late arrivals tend to compromise the punctuality of service we are able to provide to you, as well as our other patients.

We do maintain a relatively tight schedule, and we make every attempt to begin your appointment at the time scheduled.

If you arrive late we reserve the right to reschedule or reduce the length of the consultation or procedure to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be put behind.

If you believe you will be late it would be appreciated if you could call ahead and advise the reception as alternative arrangements may be possible.

Deposits for in person appointments are required no later than 72 business hours prior to the appointment.
Full payment of telehealth appointments must be made no later than 72 business hours prior to the appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel the appointment if payment is not made within the above timeframe.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you are required to give 3 full business days’ notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

When you book an appointment, the practitioner reserves the time, especially for you. It is very difficult for us to allocate time to a different patient at short notice. Therefore, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

For unattended appointments without notice, the deposit will serve as a no-show fee. If you have not made the deposit, a no-show fee must be paid before another appointment may be booked.

Please understand that we consider this a last resort with the motivating factor being our concern for the quality of service we can provide to you and to our other valued patients.
