Dr Naushad Ali

Dr Naushad Ali is a Consultant in General Paediatrics and Neonates. After completing his paediatric training in India and the United Kingdom, he completed his training at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead before obtaining fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. He has worked in various paediatric units in Australia which includes tertiary neonatal units and rural hospitals across NSW and Western Australia.

He has clinical expertise in a variety of conditions affecting children from the newborn age to adolescence.

Naushad has interest in teaching both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level in paediatrics. He has been involved in various studies and recently his study on Type 1 Diabetes was published in the International Journal of Transition Medicine.
